Timbaland and Missy Elliott co-produced Aaliyah’s highly-acclaimed second album One In a Million, making them her go-to collaborators. The title track sat atop the Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart for eight weeks in 1996 to 1997.

Recently, Timbaland revamped the song “One In a Million” for his protégé, rapper and singer Tink.

Fans of Aaliyah are always excited about new unreleased music from the fallen star and when artists of today sample her tracks.

Not only is Aaliyah’s musical influence still felt today, but also her style and performance can also be seen in today’s stars like Zendaya and Keke Palmer!
