“The View’s” New Executive Producer is a Black Woman!

There’s another shake-up at the musical chairs known as TV’s biggest daytime show. “The View‘s” Bill Wolff, the executive producer behind the cast rampant re-dos, is being replaced by a Black woman!

Longtime Oprah Winfrey producer Candi Carter will take reigns of the show and will help launch season 19.

President of ABC News James Goldston announced the news via a staff memo.

Carter, a married native of Chicago, was already on board as a consulting producer, and now when Wolff was swatted like a fly, she two-stepped her way into the show runner’s seat! Her role will be interim as the network searches a permanent replacement, that is, if Carter herself, doesn’t wow them out the show’s ratings and controversy slump first!

If that’s not big enough, comedienne Sherri Shepherd will make her return along with series verteran Joy Behar, but this time, Shepherd is a lead contributor, leading a round-table of experts including “Top Chef” host Padma Lakshmi, supermodel Molly Sims and style expert Stacey London among others.

“The View’s” new HBIC’s Facebook timeline is ringing with congrats from family, friends and industry peers.

One comment read: “If anyone can turn that ship around, it’s you!”

Candi, sis, with the shit show “The View” has been here lately, not to mention or stomach Raven Symone’s ridiculous comments, we can only hope so!

I wish her well. I lost interest in The View a long time ago.
