Madame Tussauds Bothered By Nicki Minaj’s Oversexualized Wax Figure
Since its debut, visitors have done risqué and sexually suggestive poses and posted the photos on social media. Minaj doesn’t seem to be too bothered. She’s reposted some of Instagram photos on her page laughing at her fans.

However, Madame Tussauds isn’t pleased and released a statement denouncing the behavior.
Someone who was never a fan of the statue is rapper Azealia Banks, who tweeted earlier this month, “Wow, they finally gave nicki minaj a wax figure and it’s a statue of her bent on all fours….White people yo….”

Minaj believes her “Anaconda” song and video was a message of empowerment for women which was at the center of her point last month when it came to the video’s lack of MTV Video Music Awards nominations.
It seems like Madame Tussauds also agreed. However, if the museum feels fan photos have gotten out of hand, they can definitely do another wax figure of Minaj, this time with her standing firmly on her feet.
