5 Celebs Who Should Write a Tell-All Book
There are many celebrities who have lived very dramatic lives or have such a well-documented story of success and failure, that the lessons they’ve learned can help others. Whether it is advice on business, fashion and style tips, relationships or clearing up misconceptions, writing a book would be the best thing for some of them.
Below, are five celebrities we would like to see on bookshelves.
Sean “Diddy” Combs
Diddy‘s life has been so well-documented over the past 20 years, many of us feel like we already know his story. But with all his success, there were failures, both personally and professionally. We’re sure a book from Diddy would be half autobiographical and half inspirational. He could break down the lessons he’s learned and how he’s always been ahead of the trends. The man has his hands in everything from music, movies, television, wine & spirits, fashion, fragrances and much more.
Some of you may think a book from Kanye would be exhausting, but with all his passionate opinions made into something tangible, people may have a better understanding of him. A book would give Kanye creative freedom to express how he feels about music, art, his family, creativity and whatever the hell else he wants. We can only imagine the title and book cover he would come up with.
Angela Simmons is known for her style and love of fashion. A style book that offers up fashion tips and tricks would be great for someone like Angela. She could speak to an audience of young Black women who constantly follow fashion blogs and would like to add to their book collection.
Mary J. Blige
Mary has always been open about her life and the struggles she faced. Now that she’s going through a divorce, the music icon is embarking on a new chapter. A book from Mary could delve deeper into her experiences with drug use, how she got clean, remained an icon in entertainment, how her music resonates so well with audiences and what she’s learned from her divorce.
Technically, Naomi already has books, but they’re artsy and don’t tell her story. A memoir from Naomi would be a must-read. She’s an iconic supermodel who has had her fair share of struggles, which might have lead to several misconceptions about her. Even though she’s moved past the stigma of having an anger problem, a book would allow Naomi to really address those moments and of course dish the real tea on the modeling industry behind the scenes.
