Meet This Black-Owned Natural Hair Care Brand! - Jawbreaker

Jane and Jedi’s mother and grandmother made hair products at home. During the sisters’ childhood, they remember taking Sunday trips to the big open market to buy fruits such as coconuts, avocados, ripe shea nuts, exotic oils and spices.

Their mother would take the ingredients and make food as well as formulas for the hair.

Jane and Jedi say of their background in hair care, “All we  knew was that hair was a big part of our lives. And the knowledge we had gained from years of using only the best natural ingredients was something we wanted to share.”

Their vision for Jirano is to provide natural hair care solutions for all races & ethnicities.
