Today In Blackness: Kendrick Lamar and President Obama Kicked It At The White House!

When President Obama announced that his favorite song of the moment was How Much A Dollar Cost by none other than Kendrick Lamar, it was a turning point for America.

It signified we really have one of the dopest, realest, and most woke presidents in history. (It also made up for Obama’s dancing on The Ellen Show, back in the day.)

So how much more Blackness could Barack bring to his term?

Well, he brought Kendrick himself to the oval office and the two of them shared one of the Blackest moments the White House has ever seen.

Obama and Kendrick partnered up to work on a new PSA for the National Mentoring Partnership.

In the PSA, called “Pay It Forward“, Kendrick talks about his conversation with Obama on his recent visit to the White House.

“I sat down with President Barack Obama and shared the same views: topics concerning the inner cities, the problem(s), the solutions and, furthermore, embracing the youth, both being aware that mentoring saves lives.”

Kendrick urges people to join him in support of “My Brothers Keeper” and mentorship programs for the youth.
