Would You Use Your Selfie As A Credit Card Password?

We live in a selfie world, and it’s become hard for companies to ignore.

Mastercard announced plans to begin allowing customers to use a selfie or their fingerprint as a password when making online purchases.

When customers buy something, their face (with blinking) or fingerprint will be verified using their cell phone.

This will surely lower the risk of identity theft and give us all the more reason to keep a million selfies stashed in our phones’ camera roll.

You can expect this new feature to begin over the summer in the U.S., Canada and parts of Europe.
