ABC Makes History With First Black President!

This Black History Month just keeps getting better and better. Today, ABC made history when the network appointed its first African American president.

Channing Dungey will be replacing Paul Lee as president of ABC Entertainment. Dungey is now the first African-American president of a big four broadcast network (NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX).

Dungey was a key person in bringing shows such as “Scandal,” “How to Get Away With Murder,” “Quantico,” and “American Crime” to ABC.

Also notice, how all those shows feature diverse characters.

We can’t wait to see what other shows ABC brings to viewers under the helm of Dungey.
