People Are Taking Fitness Classes for Their Face!

Every time you hit the gym, you may think you’re doing everything you can to maximize every muscle in you body, but we guarantee you’re missing at least 57 muscles. FaceLove Fitness is looking to change that.

This new pop-up shop in New York City is all about focusing on your facial fitness, those 57 muscles you aren’t considering when pumping iron. What’s the point of working out your face muscles?

Simple! It’s all about tighter, more youthful looking skin, and who doesn’t want that?

Co-created by  esthetician, Rachel Leng, and massage therapist, Heidi Frederick; FaceLove Fitness is a celebration of Clinique’s new Sculptwear line of products, designed to firm and lift the skin.

The core belief is working the muscles under the skins surface will aid in detoxifying the skin, ultimately creating more volume, increase oxygen and circulation flow, and combat thinning and sagging skin.

The class itself is a 25 minute guided session that consists of making facial expressions, getting a massage, and even using resistance bands and mini foam rollers on your face.

This class is one hands on workout and definitely takes a fun spirit. You’re never to old to work on your face muscles, the classes welcome everyone from their 20s to their 80s for a fun session in facial health!
